What about Guido… 10 times  UIM World Champion F.1, 3 IUM World Championship F.1 as Team manager of the Abu Dhabi Team…and he is already working for the fourth title, but not only: he is the fatest driver in the world: his record (256,02 km/h), obtained in 2006 is unbeated.I remember, as Castrol Italia manager, when I met him , in 1993, the year of his first world title,: a young man always smiling, a few words, frank, of substance, and above all, of great competence in his field: the speed on the water!The mutual esteem gained over many years as his sponsor continues today, this allowed me to experience the emotions of his victories as well as follow the continuous tecnichal and safety evolution he  brought  and continue sto bring to this activity , which make him more and more efficient  and unique.Then, it could not be otherwise, the Guido’ photografic image arrived in the long “Gallery of Champions” of Castrol House in Swindom, champion among the many champions who won with Castrol throught a century of history of this mythical oil in all motor sport disciplines.Now the story goes on, although he is no longer the one who drives the boat, who risk courageously, to win,  and other drivers  sit where he sat,if they become the  new champions, a part of their victory is due to excellent boats Guido gives them, with their unique aerodynamics, always one step ahead of the antagonists, with perfect engines and a team of mechanics and trainers that is nothing but the the very same team with whom  Guido built his winning career. Guido is a driver, draftsman, inventor, producer, trainer, manager  mindful of everything that can be modified and adapted to improve the performance of his boats. As in all the campionships concerning the numerous sporting formulas so many may know how to be good drivers but only a few make the history of their one discipline, Guido is one of them!
